Brand Partnership Manager- East Coast

Collab, Inc ( is a Downtown LA based video creator development company and the leading independent network for multi-platform talent. Collab was started by veteran video creators to help make the lives of independent creators easier and to provide everything they need to succeed creatively and financially.  We specialize in working with mobile video creators and helping them build their audience and earnings across multiple platforms (YouTube,, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, etc). Our network includes over 1,000 of the top social media creators with over 700 Million Followers.  We are also a digital studio that produces original shows for digital platforms.

Who we are Looking for:

Collab is looking for a highly motivated smart, dynamic digital media sales professional. This is a position that is responsible for helping to scale the East Coast brand partnership business. The right candidate is a hunter who enjoys breaking new business and is self-motivated, outgoing, a go-getter with a strong understanding of digital and social media and a proven track record of growing revenue by developing relationships and closing business with brands and agencies. Brand Partnership Manager will drive creator/influencer brand sales and integrations through their established relationships with brands and agencies.

The candidate has a track record of success selling creative media solutions in a high-paced, dynamic startup environment.


  • Build strategy and implement tactics to produce revenue and build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service, integrity and professionalism.
  • Proactively prospect, negotiate and secure media partnerships with agencies and clients in the East Coast territory
  • Grow revenue pipeline and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Experience selling into digital ad markets
  • Work remotely with occasional travel to LA office
  • Meet and exceed quarterly revenue and new business targets
  • Work with the marketing team to create solutions-driven advertising proposals and partnership programs for clients and agencies
  • Drive partnership performance, engage with key partners on a senior level, and deliver world class partner service
  • Maintain high levels of communication and transparency with management, cross-functional teams, and business partners
  • Represent Collab at key industry events on the East Coast region as needed.


  • 5+ years experience in a digital/social agency setting OR in-house brand social team; overall social strategy and current understanding of paid social landscape
  • Experience in digital advertising, sales, business development and/or mobile media experience including developing and closing new brand partnerships revenue.
  • Multi Platform experience, fluency with Youtube
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals
  • Must be  highly motivated and entrepreneurial
  • Energetic and willing to thrive in a fast growing, dynamic organization
  • Robust East Coast based Agency and Brand relationships and proven track record of breaking new brand advertising business.
  • Excellent consultative sales and negotiating skills
  • Can effectively position Collab brand partnership solutions through creative storytelling
  • Creative and strategic self-starter with the ability to connect with clients and build unique partnership ideas for them
  • Have a deep understanding and expertise in strategic planning and media buying
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the East Coast territory
  • Well versed in development and methodology required when developing brand objectives, KPIs, industry/vertical benchmarking, platform ad opportunities, ad tech and data partnerships, etc
